Garvin Park is the the city's largest park at 26 acres and is located just off of Washington Lane at the south end of the Augusta City Lake. It is the center of outdoor activity during the summer.  It is home to three baseball diamonds, an outdoor stage, picnic shelters, playground equipment, and park benches.  Garvin Park also features a 1.5 mile walking/biking trail that traces the perimeter of Augusta City Lake to Shryock Park just off of north Ohio.  In Summer 2015, the City opened a 9-hole disc golf course in Garvin Park featuring glow in the dark (black light) Dreamcatcher baskets, natural tee boxes, and signage.
