SUMMARY

Highly responsible position involving performance of various duties for the City Manager's Office. Promotes the organization's image by representing the City Manager's Office internally and externally. Acts as liaison between City Manager, Mayor, City Council, members of the Management Team, employees, and other governmental officials, and citizens. Provides executive level administrative assistance to the Admin Team. Independently exercise sound judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills. Maintains a realistic balance among multiple priorities. Position requires the use of confidentiality, discretion and independence of action. Responsibilities may be sensitive and confidential in nature requiring knowledge of City Code of Ordinances, policies and culture.
